Individual Day Use Admission

This single-use admission and waiver helps us welcome you safely to Lakeview Bowmens Sports Complex 🏹. By completing it, you confirm you understand the risks of archery and agree to follow our safety rules on the range. Our mission is to offer a safe, inclusive place for all ages to learn and enjoy archery. Your participation support that mission by giving our members the information they need to keep every visit focused on skill, respect, and safety. RULES OF THE LAKEVIEW SPORTSMAN&#39;S COMPLEX:&nbsp;<ul fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">As this is a guest pass, a Lakeview Bowmen&rsquo;s Club member must be present as sponsor during your visit.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Alcohol is not permitted under any circumstance on the Complex property or any competition course.&nbsp;</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">There is absolutely no smoking in the Complex facility.&nbsp;</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">As the Bowmen&#39;s Club is a family friendly group, foul language will be avoided.&nbsp;</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">I will leave the facility as clean as (or cleaner) than I found it.&nbsp;</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">No crossbows or broadhead arrows are allowed. &nbsp;</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">I will report any issues I find to club president, Rebecca Dransfeldt at ##########</li></ul>ASSUMPTION OF RISK: I, the undersigned, do hereby release IBO, Lakeview Bowmen&#39;s Club, and all personnel, from losses, damages, or personal injuries incurred by myself while participating and/or viewing an IBO or other archery sanctioned events. I fully understand and acknowledge that archery tournaments, as other outdoor activities, involve certain inherent risks, and I attend and/or participate in this event with full knowledge of those risks.
