About Smart Move This is a two day class (600 rounds) based on the book Smart Move: Economy of Motion for the shooting sports.  The main focus is movement and vision training. It covers various footwork for position exit/entry, shooting on the shift with a hitch step, stage planning for flow of momentum, the movement portion of transitions, resistance training for explosive movement, the Quiet Eye vision training based on research by Joan Vickers.
