• Competitor Donation is NON-REFUNDABLE.
• There will be a dedicated competitor area. 
• Set up begins at 7:00am on Saturday, September 12, 2026.
• All Competitors must be Set Up by 11:00am and ready for tastings by 1:00pm. Official Judging begins at 2:00pm.

For Vendors who have a food license and will be selling food items at the event. Final approval will be done by the committee and you will be notified. NOTICE: Food or Beverage Vendor, you must be registered with MCHD. This info will be verified.

• Fee includes one 10x10 space. You must provide your own Tent, tables and chairs and set up must fit within your tent space. 
• Sign-Up for Food Trucks/Food Vendors MUST be completed and paid by September 6, 2026.
• Set up begins at 8:30am on Saturday, September 12, 2026.
• All Vendors must be Set Up by 10:30am. No vendors will be allowed to set up if you arrive after 10:15am.
• Food Trucks MUST arrive by 10am, and be ready to serve AT 11am. If Food Trucks do not arrive by 10:15am, you will NOT be allowed to park and serve food.
