Join us for our second annual SnailFest benefit event, an evening dedicated to celebrating New York City&rsquo;s vibrant slow food movement and the local food establishments that have earned the prestigious <a fr-original-style="" href="https://www.slowfoodnyc.org/snail-of-approval" style="text-decoration-color: currentcolor; user-select: auto; box-sizing: inherit;" target="_blank">Snail of Approval award</a>. This year, we&rsquo;re thrilled to return to another Snail of Approval awardee, <a fr-original-style="" href="https://www.eataly.com/us_en/stores/nyc-soho" style="text-decoration-color: currentcolor; user-select: auto; box-sizing: inherit;" target="_blank">Eataly SoHo</a>, as our host venue. The night kicks off with a cocktail reception from 6:30&ndash;7:30 PM, followed by a seated dinner and program from 7:30&ndash;9:30 PM, featuring a multi-course seasonal meal with thoughtful wine pairings by Cab Franc Forward, a winery-led initiative dedicated to elevating Cabernet Franc as New York State&rsquo;s defining red grape. Bid in our silent auction throughout the evening and help us honor New York City chefs, purveyors, and slow food champions who bring intention, sustainability, and flavor to every bite. Proceeds from SnailFest directly support Slow Food NYC&rsquo;s mission to build a more sustainable and equitable local food system through education, advocacy, and community engagement.
