What is Somatic Drumming? To sum it up, it is fun, connection, energy, release, movement, laughter, sweat, and tears. Without trying to make it happen, somatic drumming releases trapped tension, activates the vagus nerve and the parasympathetic nervous system. Through bilateral stimulation, rhythmic hand movements, alternating sides, the vibration resonates in the lower torso, helping reconnect people with their physical sensations safely. Come experience non-verbal language for grief, anger, or anxiety.
