Caroline Cotter's sunlit songs honor the countless ways of being human. With her honeyed voice and disarmingly honest lyrics, Cotter sings about connection, nostalgia, gratitude, loss and wanderlust. Her music “brings forth an abiding sense of warmth and welcome, offering an uplifting reminder to make the most of every moment” (Under the Radar magazine). Omar Ruiz-Lopez played for years with local favorite Violet Bell alongside Lizzy Ross. He has since played with just about every Americana act in the southeast and is known far and wide as a fiddler and collaborator extraordinaire. We had him scheduled for a swap in the spring that was cancelled because of inclement weather and are so happy to finally get him to the Woodshed! Come celebrate these amazing musicians with a warm and beautiful night. Hot cider served!
