1. Event Details & Operational Schedule

• Event Date: Sunday, November 15, 2026
• Location: The Dallas Bull, 3322 US-301, Tampa, FL 33619
• Vendor Setup Window: 10:30 AM – 12:30 PM (All exhibits must be fully set up and ready by 12:30 PM)
• Event Hours: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
• Teardown Window: 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM

2. Equipment & Display Requirements

• Table & Covering: Vendors must provide their own table(s) and professional table cloth/drape. Floor-length, full-coverage table cloths are required to maintain a clean, professional aesthetic.
• Space Limits: Display structures, signs, and collateral must fit strictly within your designated vendor footprint and must not block aisles, walkways, or adjacent vendor spaces.

• By signing below or occupying a designated space, Vendor agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Veterans Art Center Tampa Bay,
• The Dallas Bull, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and volunteers from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to Vendor’s presence, equipment, products, or actions during the event.
• Property Loss & Theft: Neither the host venue nor the organizers assume responsibility or liability for lost, damaged, or stolen merchandise, equipment, or personal property. Vendors are solely responsible for securing their display and possessions at all times.
• Compliance: Vendors must adhere to all local municipal fire, safety, and operational regulations.
