Join us for a sound-healing journey with Barbara Burns, designed to relax, restore, and refresh your entire being. Barbara intuitively leads the sound bath using various high-vibration instruments to evoke a sense of deep peace, release, and calm from within. Participants will be provided with a bean bag to lie down on. Barbara Burns is a Registered Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master, and Percussionist. Barbara has been teaching locally for the past 10 years. She is the Owner of Bhakti Wellness. She uses her knowledge and devotion to guide people on their own paths to wholeness. Snacks and drinks are included with the ticket.
