Family-Friendly Sound Bath (Parents and Children Ages 4–12)

Relax, connect, and unwind together during this gentle Family Sound Bath experience. Designed for one adult and one child (ages 4–12), this calming session uses soothing sounds and vibrations from instruments such as crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments to encourage relaxation, mindfulness, and emotional well-being. No experience is needed—just bring a yoga mat, blanket, or pillow and enjoy a peaceful journey together. Rugs will be provided.

Each ticket includes admission for 1 adult and 1 child (ages 4–12)

Community Sound Bath (Ages 13 & Up)

Take a break from the busyness of daily life and immerse yourself in a deeply relaxing Sound Bath experience. This restorative session features soothing sounds and vibrations from crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments designed to promote relaxation, mindfulness, stress relief, and overall well-being. Whether you're new to sound healing or a regular participant, this experience offers a peaceful space to rest, reflect, and recharge.

General Admission is for individuals ages 13 and up. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, or anything else that will help you relax comfortably during the session. Rugs will be provided.
