Through guided journaling, a grounding meditation, and an immersive sound experience, you&rsquo;ll be gently guided away from the noise of everyday life and into deeper connection with yourself. Together, we&rsquo;ll explore journaling as a practice of presence. &nbsp;This safe space is for YOU to notice what&rsquo;s here, listen inward, and give language to what may be asking for your attention. From reflection, we&rsquo;ll transition into sound, allowing space to rest, integrate, and simply receive. Each guest will receive a journal to use throughout the experience and take home, offering a place to continue the practice beyond our time together. No journaling or meditation experience is needed. Simply come as you are, with curiosity and an openness to pause, reflect, and receive.
