&nbsp;Sourdough Workshop with The Wildflour Microbakery Ever wanted to bake your own sourdough but didn&#39;t know where to start? Join Ashley of The Wildflour Microbakery for a hands-on sourdough workshop at the historic Elkridge Assembly Rooms! In this small-group, two-hour session, you&#39;ll learn the fundamentals of sourdough bread making with plenty of one-on-one guidance from Ashley, &nbsp; &nbsp;You&#39;ll learn:&nbsp; <ul fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">How to maintain a starter</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Mixing &amp; kneading techniques</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Shaping &amp; banking</li></ul> After the class, &nbsp;you&#39;ll take home your own sourdough starter, materials, and dough to bake.&nbsp; Then, join Ashley for an optional follow-up session the next day at 6:00 PM via Zoom, where she will walk you through baking your dough at home.
