Come join us for an afternoon spin class to support Holos Hope, a residential program in Florence, AL for survivors of human trafficking. This class will be filled with upbeat Christian music as we join to spin, worship, and show support for these survivors. Spin shoes are required for this class and a bottle of water is encouraged. If you have never done a spin class, this is the perfect opportunity to check it out in a completely judgment-free zone with amazing support to get you started. Come a few minutes early to get acquainted and fitted on a bike.&nbsp; Holos Hope provides an 18-24 month transitional living program for survivors of human trafficking and domestic abuse. Our mission is to provide freedom, restoration, and purpose to women survivors of human trafficking and domestic abuse. We live out our mission by providing access to safe housing, medical and dental care, mental health counseling, 12 step groups, life skills, experiential groups, education advancement, job training, and employment.&nbsp;
