By registering for and attending this event, I acknowledge that participation in this outdoor retreat involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, accidents, property damage, or, in rare circumstances, death. I voluntarily assume all such risks associated with my participation.

I agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Spirit House Ministries, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, representatives, the event hosts, and the property owners from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to my participation in this event, except where prohibited by applicable law.

By completing my registration, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver.
