Despite being more connected digitally than ever, it is increasingly easy to feel isolated or alone in our experiences. In our day to day, we might feel lost, confused, or downright angry. We may feel overwhelmed by work and life, wrestle with serious uncertainty, or wish to grow in our spiritual practice. We might just feel like things could be better than they are. We often feel like support is for someone who isn’t us. Maybe it’s for someone who is having a more challenging time in life than we are. Or for someone more wealthy, more woo-woo, or less independent. Quite the opposite.  We all deserve someone who can reflect with us on our big life questions.
