All vendors&rsquo; space must be unconditionally PAID IN FULL by May 1, 2025. &nbsp;In submitting this contract, the vendor agrees that Pathfinder Village may reassign any space not paid in full by May 1, 2025. &nbsp;Vendors further agree to abide by the terms and conditions as set forth on our full Vendor Registration found on the website, which forms a part of this agreement between the vendor and Pathfinder Village. &nbsp;The Individual Party named will be responsible for payment in full for all area(s) requested in this contract. &nbsp;All vendor applications will be accepted based on the products displayed and may be rejected by Pathfinder Village at any time during the application process.&nbsp;
