As a Valedictorian Sponsor, your logo will receive prominent placement on all volunteer t-shirts and will be acknowledged on event signage as well as in select digital promotions. You will be recognized as a featured sponsor at Parents’ Night, including verbal recognition and signage at the event. Your organization will also receive premier booth placement at both the Holiday Craft Fair and the Glow Party. From September through May, you will be highlighted in a weekly sponsor spotlight in the HLEF newsletter. Your logo will be included in all ten months of printed school year calendars and featured in four dedicated social media shoutouts throughout the year. In addition, your logo and a direct link to your website will remain visible on the HLEF website year-round.

As an Honor Roll Sponsor, your logo will appear on volunteer t-shirts and be included on printed school year calendars. You will receive a booth at one major event—either the Holiday Craft Fair or the Glow Party—and be recognized in three editions of the HLEF newsletter in September, January, and April. Your organization will also receive two dedicated social media mentions, and your logo will be featured on the HLEF website.

As a Classroom Champion, your company name will be listed on volunteer t-shirts and your logo will be printed on one page of the school year calendars. You will have the opportunity to host a booth at the Glow Party and will be recognized with one mention in the HLEF newsletter and one social media post. In addition, your name will be listed as a sponsor on the HLEF website.

As a Friend of HLEF Sponsor, your name will be recognized on the HLEF website and included in a group “thank you” post on social media. You will also have the option to include a flyer or coupon in the handouts for one event.

The Local Roots Sponsorship is designed for family-owned, home-based, or small local businesses. Your business name or logo will be featured on signage at the Holiday Craft Fair and included in select digital promotions that highlight small business support. You will receive booth space at either the Holiday Craft Fair or the Glow Party, along with one social media shoutout. Your name will also be recognized on the HLEF website. (Franchises are not eligible for this sponsorship.)

As an Event Sponsor, your business will receive top billing and logo placement on all event signage and digital promotions. You will be verbally recognized during event announcements and featured in an exclusive sponsor spotlight with prominent booth space. Your logo will appear on all event marketing materials, including flyers, social media posts, and event emails. You will also receive dedicated social media shoutouts across HLEF channels before and after the event, along with a special thank you in the HLEF newsletter. Your business will be included in event recap content such as photos and videos shared on HLEF platforms. Complimentary event tickets will be provided if applicable, and you will have the opportunity to offer gift bags or goodie bags to attendees, with items subject to approval. Event Sponsors may select the event they wish to support—such as the Glow Party, Family Movie Night, Back to School Bash, Holiday Craft Fair, Family Bingo, or Field Day—on a first come, first served basis.

As a Teacher Appreciation Sponsor, your logo will be featured on event signage and digital promotions for the selected month. You will be recognized on social media as the sponsor supporting that month’s Teacher Appreciation activities and acknowledged in the HLEF newsletter with a thank you for honoring our educators. You will also have the opportunity to provide branded gifts or cards for teachers, with items subject to approval. Your business will be included in event recap content such as photos and videos shared on HLEF platforms. Sponsors may choose their preferred month for Teacher Appreciation, based on availability.
