More weight is strongly recommended. Participants are responsible for bringing their own tent weights and properly securing their equipment.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Stakes may not be used in paved areas or anywhere they could damage public or private property.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Vendors are responsible for the people, merchandise, supplies, tables, tents, displays, equipment, and other materials used within their space unless Rochester Main Street specifically agrees otherwise in writing.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Vendors must maintain their space in a safe and orderly manner throughout the event.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Participants must follow all event-day setup, safety, placement, and operational instructions provided by Rochester Main Street.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Submitting registration and payment does not automatically guarantee participation or a specific location.
