From mastering running techniques to learning about proper nutrition, and from team relays to perfecting their jumping and throwing skills, this program offers a well-rounded experience that keeps kids moving and motivated. Your child will learn the essentials of throwing events like shot put and javelin, refining their techniques while developing strength and coordination. Our progressive training and skill-building activities are designed to help your young athlete take their abilities to the next level—all while having a blast!
The program concludes with an exciting Mini Olympics, where participants can showcase their new skills in a fun, supportive competition.

Each Session Includes:
- Warm-Up: Start each session with a proper warm-up to prepare the body for running.
- Dynamic Stretching: Engage in dynamic stretches to improve flexibility and prevent injuries.
- Core Exercises: Strengthen core muscles to support overall fitness and running form.
- Running Workout: Participate in age-appropriate running workouts designed to build endurance and technique.

- Static Stretching & Nutrition Talk: Finish with static stretches to cool down and improve flexibility.
