Join the Newfound Lake Region Association at Grey Rocks Conservation Area to walk the trails and watch feeders while using your eyes and ears to find and identify birds establishing territories and migratory species stopping on their journey north. Learn how birding can be a powerful entry point for student-centered wildlife observation&mdash;birds are visible, engaging, and spark rich questions across grade levels. This experience is open to all educators.&nbsp; Participants will earn 2 hours of professional development. Participants should be able to walk up to 2 miles. Group size is limited to 20. This event is free for NHEE members. A suggested donation of $5 is appreciated from non-members.
