Participants will learn basic unarmed combat definitions and safety protocol. &nbsp;Exploration will include techniques such as falls, contact moves (hair pulls, choking, etc.) and non-contact slaps, punches, and kicks. &nbsp;The workshop will end with a short choreographed fight.
