StarDance Silent Disco – Terms & Liability Waiver

• Assumption of Risk: I acknowledge that participating in a silent disco involves inherent risks (including personal injury and property damage). I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my attendance and the use of StarDance Silent Disco’s equipment (headphones, transmitters, and accessories) at the event on 6/13/2026.
• Safety & Venue Rules: I agree to follow all staff instructions and safety guidelines. I agree that all equipment will remain strictly within the designated venue premises and will not be taken outside.
• Equipment & Property Damage: I am fully responsible for the equipment provided to me and assume liability for any damages to the equipment or property caused by my actions.
• Release of Liability & Indemnity: I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless StarDance Silent Disco, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, or injuries arising from my attendance or use of the equipment, even if caused by ordinary negligence.
• Media Release: I grant permission for StarDance Silent Disco to use appropriate images/video captured at the event for its official social media pages (e.g., Instagram). These will not be shared with third-party companies or individuals.
• Refund & Weather Policy: I understand that all ticket sales are strictly non-refundable. Events take place rain or shine. In the event of rain, the gathering pivots to RainDance—a non-silent outdoor dance in the rain complete with hot tea, space heaters, and extra comforts. In the event of severe weather, an indoor location will be identified and communicated.

By purchasing this ticket and checking the box, I acknowledge that I am agreeing to a complete and unconditional release of liability to the greatest extent allowed by law, and agree to all terms listed above.
