Startup St. Bernard, the Gulf South&rsquo;s largest &ldquo;Shark Tank&rdquo; style pitch competition, returns for its 11th year on Thursday, August 21, 2025. This high-energy event showcases local and regional entrepreneurs competing for one of the largest non-dilutive prize packages in the region, valued at up to $100,000 in cash and in-kind services.This year&rsquo;s three finalists are:<ul data-end="1115" data-start="596" fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li data-end="958" data-start="764" fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Limpiar &ndash; A freelance platform that connects clients with skilled cleaning service providers nationwide through a user-friendly app, creating jobs and promoting green cleaning practices.</li><li data-end="1115" data-start="959" fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Salubata &ndash; A sustainable footwear brand producing modular shoes made from recycled plastic waste, blending style, comfort, and environmental impact.</li><li data-end="1115" data-start="959" fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">The Levee Shack &ndash; A mobile, short-term fishing cabin rental that offers storm-resilient, flexible lodging for outdoor enthusiasts while boosting local tourism.</li></ul>All three finalists will receive at least $5,000 in cash, and the grand prize winner will also receive in-kind services such as legal, accounting, marketing, and public relations support.
