This is not just a night out- it’s a step toward changing how we show up for ourselves and our community. It’s a contribution to mental health care that sees the whole person—mind, body, and spirit, through the work of Route to Respite. Your seat helps create access to support, resources, and spaces where people can come as they are and not feel alone. Space is limited because this isn’t meant to be crowded, it’s meant to be felt.
