AMASIAN&rsquo;s January Learning Series invites you to Stretch, Breathe, and Restore&mdash;a gentle, in-person wellness class designed to help you slow down, release tension, and reset your nervous system in a supportive community setting. This all-levels session includes:&nbsp; ✔️ Gentle stretching to release physical tension&nbsp; ✔️ Guided breathwork to calm stress and anxiety&nbsp; ✔️ Restorative relaxation to fully recharge Event Details 📅 Tuesday, January 27⏰ 5:30&ndash;7:00 PM 📍 The Cariad Apartments Lounge (6230 University Drive, Middleton, WI 53562) What to Bring:&nbsp;Comfortable clothing, yoga mat, water bottle Difficulty:&nbsp;Gentle / All Levels No experience needed&mdash;just come as you are. ✨ Attendees will also have the opportunity to explore leg compression sleeves from <a fr-original-style="" href="https://www.degreewellness.com/locations/middleton-wi/founding-membership/" rel="noopener noreferrer" style="text-decoration-color: initial; user-select: auto; box-sizing: inherit;" target="_blank">Degree Wellness</a> and learn about additional recovery, wellness, and self-care options.
