By using a ticket for this event, the ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks associated with attendance and participation and agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Blue Star Mothers, Geaux Seven LA7 Chapter, its officers, directors, members, volunteers, sponsors, venue, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from participation in or attendance at the event, except to the extent caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

The ticket holder also grants Blue Star Mothers, Geaux Seven LA7 Chapter permission to photograph, record, and use their name, image, likeness, and voice in photographs, video, or other media taken during the event for promotional, educational, and fundraising purposes, in any format, without compensation or further approval.

Use of a ticket constitutes acceptance of these terms.
