Summer Film & Photography Series for K-6th graders

Thursdays 1-2pm June 11-July 30 This summer, young creatives will explore storytelling through Photography and Film Production&mdash;no fancy equipment or prior experience required. Using a digital device they already have, students will learn fundamental photography skills, explore creative techniques, and develop unique projects that reflect their perspective. They&rsquo;ll also dive into Film Production, creating projects like music videos, talk shows, or short films while building skills in teamwork, problem-solving, and on-camera performance.&nbsp; By the end of the class, students will have created polished visual projects that showcase their creativity and voice. This engaging and supportive class is designed for all K&ndash;6 learners and encourages them to see the world through a creative lens. This class requires a minimum of 8 participants&mdash;please register by May 31 to help us bring it to life.If the workshop is canceled or rescheduled, you may choose a full refund or a credit toward a future offering. About the Instructor:Eric Kolenbrander graduated with a BA in Film Studies from the University of Colorado Boulder with a special focus in Film Criticism and Analysis. In addition to working on his own short films, since graduating, Eric has been working as a Camera Operator and Production Assistant for Live Events, Sports and Reality TV.&nbsp; Did you know?The majority of our ticket pricing for events and workshops goes directly to the artist, musician, or creative leading the offering.
