DATE: Thursday, July 24, 5 – 8 pm  PROCEEDS: All sales and sales tax are your own!  ENTRY FEE & REQUIREMENTS: The entry fee for a Pop Up Vendor is $20.  Vendors assume responsibility for all materials brought to the event, and neither the Cultural Arts Council nor its representatives accept liability for damages to persons or property sustained as a result from the events. Vendors MUST provide their own tables, chairs, and tent. Electricity is not available. Special spots are available for young entrepreneurs under the age of fifteen. Young entrepreneurs selected as vendors will not be charged a vendor fee.  EVENT SET-UP: Vendors spaces are first come, first pick the day of the event. Please arrive early to set up and be prepared for early visitors by 4:45 pm. Upon arrival, you may pull through the front driveway to unload your items. Parking is available behind the CAC building and across the street from the event at Douglas County High School. After the event, please make sure to pick up all trash from your booth space.  SUBMISSION: ✓ Application. ✓ Vendor fee of $20 ✓ Images of your work must be submitted with the application ✓ Submissions can be sent to eddie.murphy@artsdouglas.org  NOTE: This is a rain or shine event, with no scheduled rain date. Once accepted into the event, all fees paid are non-refundable.
