Rooted & Resourced: A Supervision Retreat for Spiritual Directors and Compassionate Listeners is a small-group supervision retreat designed to nourish both your practice and your spirit. Set within the contemplative environment of Retreat House, this day offers an opportunity to step away from the demands of daily ministry and return to the heart of your calling. Through a blend of nature-based reflection, contemplative practice, individual discernment, and group supervision, participants will be invited to slow down, listen deeply, and attend to the questions emerging within their own work and lives.
