Sweet 16 Raffle Ticket Sale

One ticket. Multiple winners. Lasting impact on mental wellness, education, and opportunity. The Sweet 16 Raffle is more than a celebration—it is a meaningful investment in psychosocial wellness and economic opportunity. Every raffle entry directly supports low- and no-cost mental wellness groups that address psychosocial barriers to sustainable employment, helping individuals build emotional resilience, stability, and pathways out of poverty. These groups recognize that long-term economic security is closely connected to mental and emotional well-being. By strengthening coping skills, self-efficacy, and community support, this work reduces barriers that often limit access to and retention in meaningful employment. Proceeds from the Sweet 16 Raffle will also support the creation of an educational endowment for Business Capstone students at NCWU, expanding access to experiential learning and equipping future leaders with the skills to build ethical, community-centered enterprises.
