LXCL:This is a master class that focuses on the basics, open to anyone who is learning for the first time, or continuing their journey with a beginner's mind. Ramona will offer an experience of basic rhythms, jazz steps, and a chance to experience the joy of partner dancing.

Beginner Lindy Hop - 6-7pm

LXCL:Share the Work, Make Art! This class will focus on how we make something beautiful with our partner that we couldn't on our own. It will start with the basic concepts and practice of lead and follow, and finish with dancers feeling safe and free to express themselves within the partnership! Dancers will get some ideas and ways to speak and share their rhythms, inspiration, self expression. We are both individuals and completely at one. Let's dance.

Advanced Lindy Social - 7:15-8:45pm

Swing Dance Workshop with World-Renowned Ramona Staffeld Pre-registration Required &ndash; Space is Limited Don&rsquo;t miss the opportunity to learn from Ramona Staffeld, flying in from Australia for one night only! Ramona is a world-renowned Lindy Hop and jazz dancer, widely considered one of the modern greats. With a career spanning over 25 years, she has performed and taught on every continent. As a student and teaching assistant to Lindy Hop pioneer and ambassador, Frankie Manning, Ramona gained invaluable experience. In fact, as a teenager, she was invited by Manning to perform at Lincoln Center&rsquo;s Midsummer Night Swing. Her passion and expertise make this workshop a must for dancers of all levels!
