After grounding in this teaching, you&rsquo;ll be guided into a Yin Yoga practice designed to open the body, calm the nervous system, and create space for this flow to occur. Scott is also President of the Center for Contemplative Justice and leads contemplative prayer groups, season retreats, yearly pilgrimages and weekly sound-bath journeys locally as well as globally in places like schools, hospice, prison, and with the police department.
