Get ready to be part of something extraordinary at Ellsworth Elementary School: Our Second Annual Color Run & Ice Cream Social 2026! It's an event like no other, and we want you to be there! This event is our primary fundraiser of the year, and we want you to know exactly how much your contributions matter. Because of your incredible generosity and careful saving over multiple years of fundraising, last year we were able to reinvest a massive amount back into our school! We gifted a little over $27,000 for major library upgrades, including new shelving and soft seating, and granted $8,000 to fulfill 19 teacher and staff wish lists. Every dollar we raise goes directly toward enriching our students' experience. This year, your support will continue to fund essential school-wide initiatives, including:

Student assemblies that inspire and educate

Books for our One School, One Book reading program plus a special book given to every student on their birthday!

Subsidies to keep field trips affordable

School community events like Spring Fest, Multicultural Night, and STEAM Night

Beyond these immediate programs, a portion of the funds raised will continue to be set aside for future large-scale investments and school upgrades, just like our library project! Ellsworth kids run for free! Siblings and family members are welcome to register and join the fun by running or walking. Not a runner? You can still help! Every donation brings us closer to reaching our goals and making a tangible impact for our students and staff.
