This registration is to be completed by a parent or guardian. Please complete this form to register your student for a TACSC Student Leadership Day. If you would like to register multiple students, please submit a separate registration form for each student. Student Leadership Days are open to current fifth, sixth, seventh and eighth graders. All events will be held from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.&nbsp;<ul fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" id="isPasted" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Each student will receive a pen, folder, and name tag</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">TACSC will provide all students a small snack during break</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Students are asked to wear their school uniform</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">More event-specific details will be sent in the week prior to the Student Leadership Day</li></ul>There are two registration options: with lunch or without lunch. If you select the without lunch option, please ensure that your student brings a sack lunch with their name clearly labeled. A designated area will be available for students to place their lunches upon arrival. Please note that refrigeration will not be available.
