LXCL:Monday, October 26th: 9-3pmVendor Set Up: 7amDoors Open: 8amClean Up completed by: 5pm Trade show floor to be open during entire event, you may close and open your booth at any time but does not change fee. Set up is one hour prior to event start and tear down is to start at end of event or prior based on vendor needs. Certificate of insurance required; we are not responsible for lost or stolen property. Photos taken during the event will be used for promotional purposes. By registering for this event, you agree to list the TAPI as an additional insured on your policy. The additional insured solely says, if the vendor is responsible for causing a claim, that TAPI is able to use the vendor's policy to cover the claim that the vendor caused. Table is included, 6 ft long. Vendor will provide pipe/drape if needed and a table cloth. 6ft is the size of the space.
