Grief can feel lonely, but you don&#39;t have to carry it alone. Tea &amp; Tears is a gentle online retreat created to offer you a place to pause, breathe, and simply be. Whether your loss is recent or years ago, you are welcome here&mdash;just as you are. Together, we&#39;ll create a safe and compassionate space where tears are welcomed, stories are honored, and hope can quietly begin to take root again. Before the retreat, you&#39;ll receive your Steeped in Hope Box in the mail, filled with thoughtfully chosen items&mdash;including tea, a journal, a candle, reflection activities, and other meaningful resources especially curated for you.. As we gather online, we&#39;ll use these items together to create moments of reflection, comfort, and gentle healing. So when retreat day arrives, we invite you to brew a warm cup of tea, pull up a chair, and join us as we journey through grief with connection, honesty, and hope. Hosted by Irresistible Hope Ministries, Tea &amp; Tears combines practical grief support, meaningful activities, and compassionate community to encourage you wherever you are on your healing journey.
