Your $100 donation includes space for a 10x10 tent where you can promote your business or organization while supporting Team Asher.

We ask each Community Partner to provide a FREE kids' activity, game, craft, or giveaway at their booth.

No sales are permitted at the event.

Community Partners are also encouraged, when possible, to donate something that helps make the event special, such as bottled water, Gatorade, Capri Suns, snacks, candy, kids' prizes, giveaways, gift cards, or raffle basket items.

Bring your food truck and join us for the Team Asher Community Fun Day!

We're inviting local food trucks to help us create an amazing day for our community while supporting Asher and his family.

There is no set participation fee for food trucks. Instead, we kindly ask participating food trucks to consider making a donation from their event proceeds to support Team Asher. The amount is completely up to you—every contribution is appreciated and helps make a difference! 💙

Food Truck Requirements:

• Must provide a current Certificate of Insurance (COI)
• Must provide current auto insurance documentation
• Must provide any required health department certificates or permits
• Must be able to operate independently and provide your own power, if needed
• Must follow all venue and event requirements

Once you register, a member of the Team Asher planning committee will contact you with additional event-day details, including arrival time, setup instructions, etc.
