Sidre was created around a simple belief.&nbsp;People deserve a real opportunity to rebuild their lives.&nbsp; Across the United States, millions of justice-impacted men and women leave incarceration with the desire to work, support their families, and rebuild stability. Too often, what they lack is structure, education, and support during that rebuilding process.&nbsp; Sidre exists to help fill that gap.&nbsp; Through education, mentorship, entrepreneurship training, and community support, Sidre works to help individuals rebuild dignity, develop practical skills, and create long-term stability in their lives. Team Sidre is a way for people who believe in that mission to stand alongside the work. For a monthly contribution of $20, Team Sidre members help support Sidre&rsquo;s education programs, outreach efforts, and ongoing work focused on rebuilding stability for justice-impacted individuals.&nbsp; Membership is not simply a donation.&nbsp; It is participation in the mission. Team Sidre members receive regular insight into the work being done, including a monthly Inside Sidre briefing that shares program updates, progress within the organization, and perspectives on criminal justice reform and reentry challenges. Members are also invited to a quarterly live online conversation with Sidre leadership, where we discuss the realities facing justice-impacted individuals and the work being done to expand opportunity, education, and stability. Team Sidre members also receive early access to Sidre reports, research, and program updates, offering a closer look at the ideas and initiatives shaping the organization&rsquo;s work.&nbsp; As a thank-you for supporting the mission, new members will receive a Team Sidre membership kit, including a commemorative mug, Sidre stickers, and a certificate recognizing their role in supporting the rebuilding effort.&nbsp; Every member of Team Sidre strengthens the foundation that allows this work to continue.
