This two-day event will include vendors, informational booths, and educational workshops. This is a great opportunity for organizations and businesses to network and engage in their community while celebrating Nursing! Vendor Booth RentalVendor agrees to the following provisions as a sponsoring organization for a booth: 1. Vendor agrees to pay the Deep East Texas Nurse Honor Guard, on behalf of the Texas State Nurse Honor Guard, a rental fee of $50 for:<ul fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="text-align: left;" style="text-align: left; box-sizing: inherit;">The eight (8) hour duration of Day 1 of the conference on Friday, September 25, 2026, from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.</li><li fr-original-style="text-align: left;" style="text-align: left; box-sizing: inherit;">The four (4) hour duration of Day 2 of the conference on Saturday, September 26, 2026, from 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM.&nbsp;</li></ul>2.
