Personal Coach Application Form
- All information is kept confidential and is not shared nor sold.
- Maximum 4 badges per school.
- Each coaches badge includes admission to the California Open ($15 Value)
- Each coach must be an official school instructor
- Coaches are expected to be respectful to the referees, their athletes, the opposing coach and other Masters.
- Coaches are required to set a good example; therefore, composure must be held at all times. To prevent a prolonged match, please use challenge cards accordingly.
- Coaches may not wear hats, slippers, flip-flops, jeans, shorts, or leggings.
- No cellphones, earbuds, headphones, headsets, cameras or other electronic devices while coaching.
- Coaches can challenge the following actions and can only challenge one action (some exceptions exist), within 5 seconds of the action occurring.
- The coach must have a challenge card for ALL challenges excluding technical issues [green card].
1) Any penalty against their own player.
2) Penalties against the opponent for:
a) Falling down
b) Crossing the boundary line
c) Attacking after kal-yeo
d) Attacking the fallen opponent
3) Technical points -Add or Remove 2 points for turning kick (both head and shoulders must turn).
4) Technical Issues [Green Card]
a) Clock issue
b) Phantom points
c) Scoreboard errors (CR gave gam-jeon, but it was not recorded)
d) PSS Equipment check - If the PSS is working properly, the coach loses the card and a gam-jeom is given.
