We all have that one task sitting on the to-do list — the email you keep meaning to send, the closet you keep meaning to sort, or the form you keep meaning to fill out. Body doubling is the practice of working alongside someone else to boost focus and motivation, which is why this monthly meetup uses shared, quiet accountability to help you finally power through your admin tasks. No judgment, no pressure to explain what you're working on — just showing up alongside other moms to tackle whatever has been sitting on your list. Bring your laundry, your inbox, your budget spreadsheet, your half-finished thank-you cards — whatever it is, bring it. We'll start with everyone naming (out loud or just to themselves) the one thing they want to get through, work in focused stretches with a few short breaks to check in, and end with a little celebration of what got crossed off. No expectations beyond showing up and doing the thing. Bring: your task, a drink, and zero guilt about what it is.
