The Archer's Guild: ARROW Annual Giving
White
$1,000
Valid for one year
Supports the purchase of office supplies and therapeutic materials: Participating in therapeutic services does not always just mean sitting or laying on your therapist couch! Here at ARROW Project we embrace interactive, engaging, and experiential therapy practices. This often requires materials. So what materials are most useful? Well there is an endless supply of supplies, but to name a few- crayons, markers, painter paper, sand trays, skills workbooks, evidenced based literature, and so much more. ARROW has had a long history of donor support that has ensured that we can continue to grow our therapeutic supplies and resources. Annual giving could be helpful to allow us to better plan for materials that we know need to be replaced often, as well as allow us to keep building our “tool kit” for future practice.

Supports sliding scale services: ARROW Project currently serves about 55% of it’s caseload of sliding scale or fee free services. That’s an average of 200 clients per week. ARROW will always seek to have this option for all clients because we acknowledge that affordable care is one of the primary barriers to access and participation in mental health services.

Supports operational costs: Donations of $10k or more annual will support operational cost at ARROW Project. So what is ”operational cost?”
Rent, Employee pay and retention, and administrative support/personnel.
Rent- ARROW Project currently has three office locations with 21 offices spaces to provide therapeutic services to community members. We are the only local nonprofit mental health organization with multiple locations and any support in ensuring this locations can remain open and operational is significant impact to the organization. So what does space cost us annually? $75,000!
Employee Pay and Retention- Similar to office space ARROW Project currently has the second largest single-agency clinical staff in our region. The expansiveness of our work in office and in community would not be possible without the number of dedicated staff that ARROW Project has been able to employ. ARROW Project is working diligently to remain a competive employer in the field of mental health and your dollars can help us to do that!
Administrative Support/Personnel-
Did you know that ARROW Project’s administrative team is ALSO our clinical team? Yes, that’s right every one on staff that provides administrative supports also provides the life-changing mental health services to community members. As you can guess wearing multiple hats within the organization can be taxing. With larger dollar donations ARROW Project can do two things- one; set aside additional dollars to pay clinical staff for their administrative work and two; look at opportunities to build out an administrative team that can be solely focused on the important administrative work that keeps the organization moving forward!
