Vendor Rules & Registration Information

💵 Vendor Space Registration

• Vendor spaces are $5 per 6’ x 6’ section.
• Registration fee must be paid in advance to reserve your space.
• Additional spaces may be purchased if available.
• Space assignments will be made upon arrival.

🪑 Tables & Chairs

• Vendors must bring their own table.
• Vendors must bring their own chairs.
• No tables or chairs will be provided by the event organizers.

🎚️ Equipment Sales & Demonstrations

• DJs, producers, livestreamers, collectors, and audio enthusiasts are welcome to buy, sell, trade, and showcase equipment.
• Sound demonstrations are limited to 5 minutes at a time.
• After a demonstration, audio must be turned off to allow other vendors an opportunity to demonstrate equipment.
• Headphone demonstrations are encouraged whenever possible.
• Excessively loud demonstrations may be stopped by event staff.
• All equipment must remain within your assigned vendor space.

🔨 Silent Auction

• Vendors and attendees may enter eligible items into the Silent Auction.
• Bidders must sign the Silent Auction Bid Sheet and provide:

  • Phone Number
  • Bid Amount
• Winning bidders will be announced at the conclusion of the event.

🤝 General Policies

• Vendors are responsible for their own sales, transactions, and equipment security.
• The BE Side Organization and event staff are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
• All vendors and attendees are expected to maintain a respectful and professional environment.
• Family-friendly conduct is expected throughout the event.
