The Big Chill Ages 9 &amp; Up.Monday 4:30-5:30 &nbsp;Tuesday 5:30-6:30Elk&#39;s Club Swimming Pool Part diving well. Part lane workout. Part land games. All fun. Practice, disguised as a party. Themes. Music. Games that make effort feel like play. Sharks and minnows. Noodle relays. Invent-a-stroke. It flies by, and it never feels like a workout. Mondays with Coach Skyler, 4:30-5:30 PM. Diving well time, building breath control and water confidence. Tuesdays with Coach Kim, 5:30-6:30 PM. Well and lane time, sharpening stroke and technique. Two coaches. Two great workouts. One kid, becoming more of who they are. Kids regulate. They focus. They laugh, and somewhere in the middle of it all, they find their people. Woven into the fun: mindfulness, gratitude, visualization, goal setting, small tools that travel with them long after they leave the pool. They walk out calmer, happier, and ready for whatever&#39;s next. We look at every kid, every day. No cookie-cutter approach. Daily adjustments. Who showed up, how they&#39;re feeling, what they&#39;re chasing. Practice, built around them. Kids are paired by age and level. Swimmers must be comfortable in deep water and able to swim across the well unassisted. A quick swim test confirms fit before day one. Why This TeamGreat programs aren&#39;t built by one person; they&#39;re built by the right people, each bringing something different. Coach Skyler leads with heart, eternally kind and optimistic. He sees what&#39;s right with the world, and holds space for your child as they step beyond their comfort zone to reach new heights. Coach Kim thinks deeply. Gentle and thoughtful in her approach, she helps kids reach places they never thought possible. And me? My purpose has always been to have a positive impact on the lives of others. Up until recently, that meant designing educational programs, conferences, and speaker series for the world&#39;s sharpest minds. Now, I&#39;m building a program, not for executives or entrepreneurs, but for your kid. Different strengths, working toward the same thing. We are all portals to their greatness.
