Before the backpacks come out and the school bells ring, we&rsquo;re creating a space where girls can reset their mind, discover their strengths, build confidence, and dream BIG! &nbsp;The Butterfly Effect is an annual experience designed to inspire, uplift, and empower girls as they prepare for a new school year. Through engaging workshops, dynamic panel discussions, and real conversations with inspiring professional women, this event is all about getting our girls mentally ready, emotionally confident, and excited for what&rsquo;s ahead.
