The Exhale Circle Monthly Community Healing GroupThe Exhale Circle is a monthly healing space created for Black women to slow down, breathe deeply, and process life in community. Each gathering centers a different topic that reflects the real experiences many of us navigate, offering a supportive environment where you don't have to carry it all alone. Through guided discussion, reflection, breathwork, and connection, participants are invited to release what they've been holding, gain new insight, and leave feeling more grounded and supported. This is not group therapy—it's a facilitated community wellness experience rooted in rest, belonging, and collective care.Monthly Topics May Include:

Imposter Syndrome

Breathwork & Nervous System Regulation

Social Anxiety & Authentic Connection

Open Processing & Community Conversation

Motherhood

Grief & Loss

Navigating Success Without Burnout

Whether you're seeking a space to exhale, be witnessed, or reconnect with yourself and other women, The Exhale Circle offers an opportunity to pause, process, and remember that healing doesn't have to happen alone.
