Guided by Mindful-Well CDC&rsquo;s commitment to mental health and mindfulness, The Healing Collective &ndash; Room for Grief creates a welcoming space for individuals navigating grief, loss, and life transitions through connection, creativity, reflection, and holistic healing.This is a gentle space to acknowledge loss, listen, be heard, and explore the ways grief can show up in our bodies, thoughts, emotions, relationships, and daily routines. THE MONTHLY EXPERIENCEEach gathering is a three-hour healing experience designed to support the mind, body, and spirit. Every month explores a different theme and offers participants space to process, reflect, create, and reconnect with themselves in a supportive community setting.Through a thoughtful blend of art, aromatherapy, journaling, crafting, meditation, sound healing, and energy work, participants are invited to explore their grief in ways that extend beyond conversation alone. WHAT TO EXPECTEach experience may include:<ul fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Guided discussion and shared reflection</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Journaling prompts for emotional processing and self-awareness</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Candle making and aromatherapy</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Creative crafts and expressive activities</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Mindfulness and grounding practices</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Guided meditation</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">A closing grounding sound bath and Reiki experience</li></ul>These practices are designed to offer practical tools for coping while creating space for rest, expression, connection, and emotional release.All experiences of grief are welcome, whether your loss is recent, long-carried, connected to the death of a loved one, or related to a major life transition or change.Participants may schedule an individual session from any of the facilitators or join a series of sessions based on their needs, interests, and personal healing journey.
