A Quiet Evening of Remembrance &amp; Hope In recognition of Suicide Prevention &amp; Awareness Month Some losses are hard to talk about, and some grief does not need a microphone. During Suicide Prevention &amp; Awareness Month, Hidden Pastures will open the farm for a quiet evening of remembrance, connection, and hope. The Ones We Carry is for those impacted by suicide loss, veteran loss, teen loss, addiction-related loss, or anyone carrying a loss that feels heavy, complicated, or hard to explain. It is also a space for those who have walked through difficult seasons themselves, supported someone they love, or simply understand the importance of reminding people that they matter. This is not a therapy group or formal sharing circle. No one will be asked to tell their story or explain their grief. Guests are invited to move through the evening at their own pace. There will be remembrance stones for the Hope&nbsp;Garden, softly lit Hope&nbsp;Lights, quiet spaces to sit or walk, animals nearby, and opportunities for gentle connection with the farm. You may write a name, word, message, or simply place a blank stone in remembrance. You may light a candle for someone you carry, for yourself, or for someone who may need hope. You are also welcome to simply be present. Together, we will remember the people we have lost while honoring the people who are still here and the choice to keep staying. There is no pressure to participate in any activity, speak publicly, or share personal details. This event is free to attend. RSVP is appreciated so we can prepare enough candles and remembrance stones, but it is not required. Guests under 18 should attend with a parent or guardian.Quiet mental health and crisis-support resources, including 988 information, will be available during the evening.
