This “Powerful Prayer of Aspiration” is a chant, a meditative practice and a cultivation of the ultimate view. Frequently chanted but rarely explained, Lakshey Zangpo Rinpoche and Dawa Drakpa will provide explanations of the profound transformative and inner teachings—the awakened mind and the view of the Great Perfection (Dzogchen). Tibetans teach that reciting this aspiration brings immense benefit in times of difficulty, social upheaval, natural disasters, or planetary importance. It outlines the origin of suffering, the appearance of the peaceful and wrathful deities as aspects of our own mind, the six realms of existence in which we revolve, and our truest nature: that of great perfection. The basis of the Great Perfection teachings is that all beings are naturally awakened, whole and perfect. 🙏
