When your mind is constantly running and your body feels like it can't quite switch off, even self-care can start to feel like one more thing on your list. The Reset: Anxiety & Overwhelm is a guided, experiential workshop designed to give you space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and explore practical tools for navigating moments of stress and overwhelm. Throughout this two-hour experience, Jillian Levy will guide participants through reflective journaling, body-based exercises, breathwork, and guided meditation. Rather than simply talking about stress, you'll have an opportunity to experience different practices that encourage greater awareness, grounding, and calm, while identifying tools you can continue using at home. No previous experience with meditation, breathwork, or somatic practices is needed. Come as you are and give yourself two hours to step away from the demands of everyday life, reconnect with your mind and body, and discover practices that may help you create your own reset when life begins to feel like too much.
