Have you ever wished for the chance to rewrite your story&mdash;not by erasing the past that shaped you, but by transforming the old narratives that no longer serve you into ones rooted in growth, strength, and self-truth?<div data-edge="true" fr-original-style="" style="width: 100%; line-height: 1.5; box-sizing: inherit;"> </div> In this 4 week series, led by Sarah Boothe, MSW Student from the UB School of Social Work, alongside, Briana Postle, LCSW-- we will explore the creative outlet of journaling, art, and creative writing, as well as new trend known as &quot;junk journaling&quot; to rewrite these narratives.&nbsp; The Rewrite Project is a trauma-informed, creative group that helps participants explore and rewrite their personal stories through reflective journaling and junk journaling. Centered on strengths, resilience, and meaning-making, the group supports self-trust, identity development, and connection in a safe space where sharing is always optional. Dates: Saturday March 21, Saturday March 28, April 11, April 18. 10am-11am.
